What we collect, why, and your choices.
When you request a service match, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, city, and the service details in your request. We use this only to match you with one local service professional and to follow up on your request.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your details go to the one matched local pro — not five companies.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA, there is nothing to opt out of — but if you ever want your request details deleted, contact us and we will remove them.
